Important notice & document status

This whitepaper describes the proposed RPeX ecosystem and the intended utility of RPeX. It is a planning and technical document. It is not a prospectus, an investment recommendation, a guarantee of token value, a promise of profit, or a guarantee that every feature described will be released. Product scope, technical architecture, token distribution, staking design, environmental methodologies, integrations and timelines remain subject to development, security review, legal review, commercial feasibility and applicable law.

The Token Generation Event is to be announced. Any private sale, distribution, vesting, staking or reward program must be governed by definitive terms provided to eligible participants. Environmental rewards are not automatically carbon credits — any carbon-credit claim requires an applicable methodology, monitoring, validation and registry process.

1. Executive summary

Two commercial engines, one shared utility layer.

RPeX connects digital education and market technology with electric mobility, fleet software, charging, payments and measurable sustainability. Version 2.0 keeps the trader-development foundation — Academy, Simulator, Arena, Intel, AlgoLab and the Creator Marketplace — and adds RPeX Mobility SaaS, a vehicle-agnostic platform for buses, cars, motorcycles, scooters, delivery vehicles and commercial fleets.

Core principle

Real services create the ecosystem. RPeX connects eligible services, access and rewards. Token activity does not replace the underlying business.

2. The ecosystem

Four pillars on a common identity, payment and data layer.

RPeX Digital

Academy, Simulator, Arena, Intel, AlgoLab, Creator Marketplace

Primary users: Learners, traders, creators, enterprises

RPeX Mobility

Primary users: Passengers, drivers, EV owners, fleet operators

RPeX Energy

Charging discovery, charging management, energy data, partner integrations

Primary users: Drivers, fleets, charging operators, energy providers

RPeX Green

A connected journey across the RPeX ecosystem

Users may enter through education, mobility, enterprise SaaS or partner services. RPeX utility follows actual product activity rather than requiring speculative trading.

3. Intelligence layer

Agentic AI, market intelligence and EA tooling.

The intelligence layer captures insight from licensed market data, platform activity and mobility telemetry — then explains it without ever replacing the deterministic record or overriding account permissions.

Agentic AI

Task-scoped agents research, monitor and summarize within account permissions. Agents hold no withdrawal credentials and never override entitlements.

Market intelligence

Research and analytics built from licensed or attributable data. Deterministic numerical metrics stay separate from generated explanations.

EA & algorithmic tools

AlgoLab provides backtesting, replay, sandbox experimentation and hosted automation, all running with restricted permissions.

Insight capture

Signals, session records and evaluations are captured with their source and version, then feed the Passport and verification trail.

Assistant

Natural-language answers grounded in retrieved platform data rather than free-form speculation, with the underlying record shown.

Guardrails

Versioned models, permission-aware retrieval, no credential access and human review wherever an output influences a decision.

01

Data in

Licensed market data, platform activity, fleet and charging telemetry.

02

Deterministic engine

Metrics, risk checks and entitlements computed in versioned, reproducible services.

03

Model layer

Agents and assistants explain and summarize the computed record, never replace it.

04

Verified output

Insights carry their source, version and permission scope into the Passport.

In short

AI explains and assists — deterministic systems keep the records, permissions and final account state.

4. RPeX Mobility SaaS

A multi-tenant platform for electric mobility.

Designed for multiple vehicle categories and operating models rather than a single fleet type, with fleet inventory, utilization, driver management, trip and route records, energy and charging history, maintenance indicators, operating-cost analytics and enterprise APIs.

Electric buses

Public and private transport with route, charging, fleet, driver and energy monitoring.

Cars, taxis and ride fleets

Passenger mobility with booking, payments, utilization, charging and rewards.

Motorcycles

Delivery and passenger mobility with driver, battery, trip and charging records.

Scooters and micro-mobility

Short-distance mobility with asset status, trips, charging or swapping and payments.

Delivery and logistics EVs

Commercial fleets with route activity, energy cost, utilization and reporting.

Corporate and municipal fleets

Enterprise mobility with fleet controls, dashboards, APIs and sustainability reporting.

In short

One platform operates many vehicle types, fleets and charging networks under a single account and data layer.

5. Energy & green

Measured activity, not assumed impact.

Charging discovery and management, energy consumption and cost, fleet charging policies and partner APIs feed an environmental measurement pipeline that turns mobility and energy activity into measurable information.

RPeX distinguishes measured energy data, contractual energy claims and independently verified environmental attributes. The system rewards verified participation without representing every EV trip as a carbon credit. Environmental calculations are implemented as reproducible, versioned services.

In short

Only measured and verified activity counts — an EV trip is not automatically a carbon credit.

6. RPeX on Solana

Utility first, with no equity rights.

Solana is proposed because RPeX may require frequent, low-friction service and reward transactions across consumer and enterprise applications, with token accounts, programmatic transfers and fee sponsorship. Token-2022 extensions are selected only where justified and documented before deployment.

Service payments

Eligible Academy, Intel, AlgoLab, marketplace and mobility services.

Access benefits

Defined entitlements and account-scoped feature allowances.

Green rewards

Campaign rewards for verified activity under published eligibility and caps.

Staking

Utility benefits for voluntary lock, with clear lock, duration, benefits and unlock rules.

Creator transactions

Marketplace and platform-service benefits with disclosed licensing and fulfillment.

No equity rights

RPeX ownership does not by itself provide shares, company voting rights, dividends, ownership of company assets, ownership of customer trading capital, guaranteed revenue sharing, guaranteed redemption, guaranteed liquidity or guaranteed financial return.

In short

RPeX pays for services and unlocks features — it is not a share, a dividend right or a promise of profit.

7. Tokenomics

A fixed maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 RPeX.

The allocation below is a planning framework. It should not be represented as executed wallet distribution until the relevant wallets, vesting programs and on-chain records exist.
